A superb RAC (Royal Armoured Corps) WW2 uniform grouping to Lt R. A. Hodge. Grouping consists of 2 service dress tunics and trousers, one with khaki belt, one worn with Sam Brown. Sam brown belt. Great coat. 1940 Pat. BD top. 1940 Pat. BD trousers. Black Armoured Corps beret with RAC cap badge. BD top with correct pips branch of service bars and printed RAC shoulder titles. Label shows size 13 made by ’Swallow Raincoats Ltd.’ and dated 1942 with WD broad arrow marking. Beret is with leather head band. Uniforms are WW2 used and not post war items. No medal ribbon or ribbon bars have ever been attached. All items are in very good overall condition, being moth and damage free. The whole grouping in my opinion has probably been dry cleaned a number of years ago.
