A superb, sadly unnamed, Section Officers’ pocket note book detailing bombs their use and make up.
Typed into a period 1917-18 address book, there are detailed notes and hand made drawings on the various bombs in use at the time. Also detailed are the working parts, the catapult means of dispatch and trench lay out.
The notes are made over the A-B pages with a supplement note at the back of the book. The rest of the book contained address and name details of the owner.
Something of a supplemental must for the serious grenade collector of the period ?
