A superb condition, un-used ‘Wanted’ poster bill for what was to become war crimes defendant Fritz Saukel.

Poster bill with photographs of Saukel and details of who he was within the Third Reich organisation, offering one hundred thousand Marks for information leading to his arrest.

Approx. 14cms X 10cms with gummed backing (Un-used) intended for use on lamp posts, buildings etc.

Saukel was the “General Plenipotentiary for Labour Deployment” and as such all forced and slave labour within the Reich came within his jurisdiction. He also held other senior positions within the Nazi party.

He was captured and charged with war crimes at the Nuremberg trials and sentenced to death.
