  • IMPERIAL GERMAN 1847 PATTERN ENLISTED MANS BELY BUCKLE

A superb condition 1847 pat. Enlisted mans two piece belt buckle. Front plate held in situ by ‘four’ solder points. Small dent to the circular front plate, otherwise dent and damage free. These buckles are distinctive, being slightly over-size compared to the WW1 & WW2 service equivalents !

  • IMPERIAL GERMAN TRENCH ART

Not something so common to German troops as it was to the British during and post WW1. A nicely made, from bullet cartridges, small photo frame, containing its original photo image and its box to send it home. At the head of the frame a two piece badge was attached, the ‘upper’ element of the badge now absent. Very good overall condition, and a nice variant on then

An interesting, and if I say so myself a week presented ‘patriotic box’ with the Imperial German eagle and date 1914 hand stitched to the cloth lid. Excellent damage free condition. • THIRD REICH GERMAN MASCHINENBAU GmbK IKARIA AIRCRAFT PRODUCTION FEMALE LABOURER ID TAGS

I bought this box of aluminium ID tags a while back in Europe, not knowing exactly what they were, assuming they were aircraft production related, due to the winged emblem visible on some of the discs. (The original box was damp/falling apart with a number of tags at the base of the box having to be thrown away due to very poor condition). My assumption proved

  • THIRD REICH GERMAN ‘BRITISH SOLDIER TAKEN’ WAR SOUVENIR BELT

(This item is not easy to show at its best with photographs….It is best appreciated when viewed in the ‘flesh’). A German army enlisted-mans belt and buckle that has been ‘decorated’ with Third Reich war souvenir badges and British cap badges alike (their is also one American Rifle-mans item). The belt may have been a ‘work in progress’ as there are older puncture holes for other badges
