    A recently attic found, multi-piece enlisted mans Prussian belt buckle. A totally untouched item with age tarnish and a couple of areas of ‘green age verdigris’. Centre device fitted in place by two solder spots. Fitting bar and prongs in good strong condition. No maker details as is common.

  • IMPERIAL GERMAN 1847 PATTERN ENLISTED MANS BELY BUCKLE

    A superb condition 1847 pat. Enlisted mans two piece belt buckle. Front plate held in situ by ‘four’ solder points. Small dent to the circular front plate, otherwise dent and damage free. These buckles are distinctive, being slightly over-size compared to the WW1 & WW2 service equivalents !

  • IMPERIAL GERMAN TRENCH ART

    Not something so common to German troops as it was to the British during and post WW1. A nicely made, from bullet cartridges, small photo frame, containing its original photo image and its box to send it home.   • IMPERIAL GERMAN ‘PATRIOTIC BOX’

    An interesting, and if I say so myself a week presented ‘patriotic box’ with the Imperial German eagle and date 1914 hand stitched to the cloth lid. Excellent damage free condition. An old price tag to the box base (see images). Quite what it was intended to hold is a bit of a mystery......perhaps cigars ?

  • IMPERIAL GERMAN FIELD EQUIPMENT BREAD BAG (1)

    A very nice condition, field used bread bag in grey heavy canvas fabric. All fittings (bar the centre bag securing button) are present and are in good serviceable condition. Bag is with some fading and staining to the reverse side (see images). Centre belt strap is with a good maker mark and less clear issue date. A nice item forming part of German field equipment.

    A very nice condition, field used bread bag in sand/grey heavy canvas fabric. All fittings are present and are in god serviceable condition. Bag is with some uniform staining throughout (see images). The inner front flap has had an owner name tag stitched into place, which is to faint to read.     A good mid/late war bottle with black leather work fittings, corduroy cover and steel attachments. All fixtures and fittings are present, which should of course be treated with respect and care. Their is some slight wear to the corduroy cover, but overall a good clean damage free item.
