    A very nice condition wound badge II class in silver. Excellent clean condition and damage free. Reverse grubby with a good heavy needle pin fitting. No maker details. Considerably rarer than the III grade in black.

  • THIRD REICH GERMAN WAR MERIT CROSS FIRST CLAS WITH SWORDS IN CASE OF ISSUE

    A superb untouched War Merit Cross 1st Class in its case of issue. Domed lid box, is with the full profile of the award stencilled to the lid. Black ‘grained’ finish box, with wear to the corners and some slight scuffing to the lid (see images). Opening button in good working order. The award is in matching condition, with some slight wear and tarnishing to the finish.

  • THIRD REICH GERMAN DRL SPORTS BADGE FOR WAR WOUNDED

    A rare example of the DRL sports badge for war wounded. It differed from other examples having a gilt wreath with silvered lettering to the centre of the badge. Outstanding condition with much of its silver and gilt finish remaining. Reverse with heavy fitting pin and clear maker details ‘Weinstein - Jena’. Approximately only 10.000 badges were awarded, making this by far the rarest badge in this sports

  • THIRD REICH GERMAN GAU OST HANNOVER BADGE IN BRONZE

    A superb condition Gau Ost Hannover badge. Often when found mistaken for a ‘Tinnie’ this badge is one of three grades of Gau badge awarded ‘within the district’. Grades being bronze, silver and gilt, the bronze and silver are in the pressed style with the gold being both pressed and of the ‘solid’ type.     A super condition Gau Essen award badge in gilt. Gilt wash is in excellent condition being 95% present. Reverse with good clear maker details “Hoffstatter Bonn” with correct pin fitting.     A rare Anhalt Labour Service commemorative badge. Excellent damage free condition. Silver grade badge. Reverse with correct fitting pin and plain reverse as is ‘correct’.   • THIRD REICH GERMAN DEFENCE WALL HONOUR AWARD ‘WEST WALL MEDAL’

    A superb, first issue medal as issued in bronze, for those involved with the early phases of the construction of the ‘West Wall, Siegfried Line’ defences, both military and civilian worker. Traces of old polish to the low spots of the medal. Mounted on its original, faded ribbon. Instituted on 2nd Aug. 1939, the first medals were awarded to high dignitaries on 23rd Nov 1939.

    A very nice condition 40 year faithful service cross contained in its original box of issue. Cross is in pristine condition, mounted on its original cornflower blue ribbon still with its fixing pin for wear, Case is in matching damage free condition with some age scuffing mainly to the under-side.
