A superb vintage souvenir for the White Star shipping liner R.M.S. Cedric.
Sold in the ships shop as a memento of a sailing.

R.M.S. Cedric went into white star service in January 1903, finally being scrapped in 1932.
Up until 1904 the Cedric was the largest liner in the world.
In 1914 it was attached to the 10th Cruiser Squadron serving as an Auxiliary Cruiser.

Cap is in very good used condition, being damage free and with only three small moth holes to the cap crown (see images).
Early manufacture cap being ‘Gieves’ marked only. Cap vintage is very probably late 1920s / early 1930s.
