A rare example of a red detail on khaki wool backing 3rd London cloth shoulder title. Title is well used and grubby, but is damage and moth free. The 3rd London were involved in the Great War from the outset.
WW1 British Q.W.R. (Queens Westminster Rifles, 16th County of London Battalion) stitch on shoulder title. Good, worn condition, red detail on khaki heavy wool backing title. Excellent, slightly grubby condition, with some edge ‘damage’, where removed from tunic.
A good white thread on heavy khaki wool wool slip on shoulder title for the Lancashire Fusiliers. Moth and damage free, complete with reverse sitting strap. For those interested in variant insignias the grenade and initials on this title are of a more ‘refined’ thread work than is usually encountered with this title.
Excellent damage free condition red thread on navy blue felt wool backing Title is removed from a tunic. The Rangers formed part of the 3rd London Brigade 1st London Division. On embarkation to France, on 25 Dec 1914 they left this brigade and joined 84th Brigade, part of 28 Division.
Excellent damage and moth free condition, heavy white thread on red title, 4th Queen’s T. In-issued condition. With the end of WW1 and demobilisation Territorial unit numbers swelled immediately, and remained high for the next 10 years.
A very nice early produced ‘QI’ qualified instructor trade patch. Damage free with slight force moth the the knapp or the wool backing material. Not a common trade badge to encounter.

A rare to find pre 1960 Imperial War Graves Commission shoulder title. This title was worn on overall and top working jackets by field workers within the Commission. Construction I believe to be WW2 / post WW2. A rare title worn by this civilian organisation. The Imperial war Graves Commission was granted Royal Charter in 1917, and was re-designated the Commonwealth W.G.C. In 1960
A nice, used, removed from a tunic Airborne forces qualification wing. Pale blue embroidered, correct for the period wings with white thread parachute, on a khaki wool backing. A little grubby, but damage free condition.
A very nice untouched example of this reasonably common badge, complete with its original issue red felt backing. Badge is in slightly grubby untouched, damage and distortion free condition. The red felt backing is with two areas of moth holing (see images). No maker details to its reverse.
