  • RAF ESCAPE & EVASION TUNIC BUTTON COMPASS

    A superb RAF tunic button, escape and evasion compass. A ’wheel’ compass is fitted within a superbly engineered RAF button. This type of escape aid was worn on standard service dress tunics, dispersed amongst ‘ordinary’ buttons. Very fine thread with the removable back aligned with the detail on the reverse of the button.   • B.D. PLASTIC ESCAPE AND EVASION BUTTON COMPASS

    A ’plastic’ battledress escape and evasion button compass. Compass appears as innocuous BD buttons. Brown plastic / bakelite button which has magnetised points marked to its reverse with dots.   • RAF / AM 1941 PATTERN ‘MAE WEST’ FLOTATION KAPOKS

    An extremely rare British Union of Fascists Honour Standard phinnel top. Only 60 Honour Standards were ever (produced) presented to the various BUF districts.   • BUF FLASH AND CIRCLE BELT AND BUCKLE

    British Union of Fascists belt and buckle. Black leather belt with nickel buckle and chrome plated ‘Flash and Circle’ motif. The Flash and Circle motif replaced in 1936 the earlier fasces axe motif introduced in 1933. F&S motif’s could be purchased as a separate item to replace the earlier motif with a simple pin fitting.
