• WW1 BRITISH ROYAL MARINE OWNER MADE ‘TRINKET BOX’ AND PARTIAL CONTENT

    Something of a pre, WW1 and post WW1 time capsule. A wooden (owner made) trinket box, decorated with Royal Marine ‘symbols’ and owner memorabilia, to include a brass name plate (see images). The lid is engraved with the RM cap badge and Union flags (now faded). The lid interior is superbly decorated with with owner photo postcards, and RM ‘symbolism’ (see images).   • WW1 BRITISH LIVERPOOL SCOTTISH CLOTH SHOULDER TITLE & POST CARD PHOTOGRAPH OF THE OWNER IN FULL DRESS UNIFORM

    A Liverpool Scottish cloth shoulder title, red detail on khaki wool backing, sadly with moth damage (see images), complete with one of the owners corporal stripes and photo postcard of the owner wearing full dress uniform. Interestingly the envelope containing the post card is pre war dated August 1913 and is post marked ‘The Isle of Man’.

  • WW2 ALLIED CZECHOSLOVAKIAN 1st INDEPENDENT ARMOURED BRIGADE BATTLEDRESS TUNIC

    A superb untouched 1940 pattern battledress top as worn by a sergeant of the 1st Independent Armoured Brigade. Both upper sleeves with National titles and the formation sign of the Armoured Brigade. Shoulder straps are bordered in crimson with crimson bars with the rank ‘pips’ attached.     A superb pair of period, hand made, heavy field duty ankle boots. Quality boots that have had field use and as such show the appropriate wear. Soles with heavy duty steel studs, a couple of which are now absent. The leather laces have the added touch of having anti-fray steel ends (see images).     A very nice maker and Sterling silver marked sweetheart badge/brooch for the R.N.M.B.R. Superbly struck badge with crisp detail, being damage and wear free. Reverse with a quality brooch pin fitting and safety catch. Good clear marking to the very top of the badge reverse. The R.N.M.B.R. was a small specialist force with limited numbers in service at any one time, A rare badge/brooch !

  • WW2 BRITISH HOME FRONT ‘LAND GIRL’ THE MANUAL FOR VOLUNTEERS IN THE WOMENS LAND ARMY

    The iconic manual for ‘Land Girls’ dealing with all matters related to the Land Army, from how to join, too technical advice regarding the land and food stuffs.   • WW2 RAF RADIO OBSERVER (RO) HALF BREVET

    A superb example of a WW2 RO (Radio Observer) half brevet. Moth & damage free, very clean condition. Not a popular Brevet with RAF crews. German Intelligence were particularly interested in captured RO officers for their Radar knowledge.

  • WW2 RAF/AM TYPE 20/21 MICROPHONE

    A very good condition Type 20/21 microphone, with much original black paint finish, and all front detail in white hi-light. Switch in good working order. Interior with a now age hardened and shrivelled rubber ‘dounut’ (see images). The Type 21 replaced the Type 19 in October 1940, so an early microphone just post Battle of Britain.

  • WW2 ANTI-BRITISH ‘FREE INDIA’ PROPAGANDA PAMPHLET

    An extremely rare WW2 anti-British propaganda leaflet as issued by Indian Independence factions, this one by the ‘Indian Independence League East Asia’. Pamphlet is in excellent condition with a couple of small edge nicks and slight age discolouration, The ‘Free India’ campaign was support by various anti British organisations, each one supporting armed conflict with the Allies enemies both in Europe and Asia.

    A superb, in terms of condition and presentation British produced ‘Air-drop’ psychological warfare card still with its original envelope.
