Mons Military Antiques apart from sales made from its site sales pages, sells a small quantity of items from the shows that I attend in a promotional capacity, as well as items on enquirer not yet site listed....this is just such an item.
Sold within 24 hours of coming into stock, this is a superb example of a 1915 dated .455 Webley service revolver.
Such revolvers in this condition seem to be in short supply and now quite hard to find.
This example was of a 2002 de-activation specification; the deactivation carried out in such a manners as to not impinge upon the outward appearance of the gun and its basic safe working.
An excellent item now resident in an established UK WW1 collection.

I have another in stock....very similar condition to this example, 1918 dated, pre 1995 de-activation.

Mons Military Antiques is committed to 'Safe' collecting.
At the time of sale this item corresponded to all UK laws and was sold with the correct certificate of deactivation.
Unlike modern 'de-activated' weapons that have made the news for all the wrong reasons recently, this vintage weapon is deactivated in such a way and to such a specification that it renders it useless as a working firearm.... making it a 'safe' collectable that compliments the display of a period uniform !

Age verification was required and obtained prior to this order being completed !

This is a SOLD Item.
It is currently on view in Mons Military Antiques ‘Archive Pages’ of previously stocked and sold items....For items currently on sale from Mons’ go to the ‘On-Line Shop’ pages !
