A pair of 1908 pattern ammunition pouches, first ‘manufactured’ and used on the film ‘Oh What a Lovely War’.
A very good representation of 1908 pattern webbing pouches used (by secondary rather than principal actors) in back-ground shots on the above mentioned film, made up of single and pairs of salvaged pouches.
The obverse appearance is good. The reverse appearance shows the items in their true ‘light’.
The brass fittings are of WW1 vintage, and as such give a good obverse appearance.

This item was first purchased from a film technician working on the above mentioned film.
